From first concept sketch to the finished build - a look at how we approach boutique modular homes, extensions, renovations, subdivisions and pools across Geelong, the Surf Coast and beyond.

BEAUMARIS

3-LOT DEVELOPMENT

A mid-century modern-inspired development in Beaumaris, with a strong focus on recycled materials - recycled glass and concrete bricks & paving, and recycled timber throughout. Passively designed and oriented for year-round comfort.

HIGHTON

2-LOT DEVELOPMENT

A 2-lot development in Highton where construction cost was front and centre. We were approached to take over and execute the construction drawings, keeping things flowing smoothly onsite.

BELMONT

ALFRESCO ADDITION

A Japanese minimalist-inspired extension in Belmont, combining internal and external living through a new alfresco and pool area. Features shou sugi ban (Japanese charred timber) cladding throughout.

DEANS MARSH

BOUTIQUE MODULAR HOME

A rural custom home composed of linked gabled forms in sage-green cladding. Built offsite in modules and connected together onsite for speed and cost control, with a central alfresco deck linking the main living wing to a separate garage and studio.

WANDANA HEIGHTS

POOL PAVILION · "AZURE"

Framed by a slatted black steel pergola and full-height glass fencing - a dedicated entertaining zone offering year-round shelter, privacy, and protection from excessive wind and heat.

ALTONA

SECOND-STOREY ADDITION + ALFRESCO

A mid-century modern-inspired extension featuring a new indoor and outdoor kitchen and living area, with a parents' bedroom and retreat added upstairs to cater for the expanding family.

Located near the beach. Soft blue-grey mosaic tiling on the island face and splashback, with timber-toned upper cabinetry, reflecting the tones of the ocean waters.

Kitchen renovation in Newtown
NEWTOWN

KITCHEN RENOVATION

Framing views of an oasis garden through large windows. Generous ceiling heights and an open layout make the island the natural gathering point of the home.

MANIFOLD HEIGHTS

ALFRESCO ADDITION

A mid-century modern alfresco addition designed to suit the existing mid-century modern home and its mature landscaping - embracing a "less is more" approach.

Heritage renovation in East Geelong
EAST GEELONG

HERITAGE RENOVATION

Open-plan living brought to this period home in East Geelong, removing internal load-bearing walls and concealing the structural beams within the ceiling space to truly open up the expanded living area. A new kitchen and ensuite complement the transformed space, while original ornate cornices and leadlight doors are retained throughout.

3-LOT DEVELOPMENT

Contemporary, light-toned palette with Geelong city skyline views from a reverse living layout. Strongly focused on using as much recycled material as possible, including recycled glass & concrete bricks and paving, recycled denim insulation, recycled timber and pavers, and passive design throughout.
