3-LOT DEVELOPMENT
A mid-century modern-inspired development in Beaumaris, with a strong focus on recycled materials - recycled glass and concrete bricks & paving, and recycled timber throughout. Passively designed and oriented for year-round comfort.
HIGHTON
2-LOT DEVELOPMENT
A 2-lot development in Highton where construction cost was front and centre. We were approached to take over and execute the construction drawings, keeping things flowing smoothly onsite.
EAST GEELONG
HERITAGE RENOVATION
Open-plan living brought to this period home in East Geelong, removing internal load-bearing walls and concealing the structural beams within the ceiling space to truly open up the expanded living area. A new kitchen and ensuite complement the transformed space, while original ornate cornices and leadlight doors are retained throughout.
GROVEDALE
3-LOT DEVELOPMENT
Contemporary, light-toned palette with Geelong city skyline views from a reverse living layout. Strongly focused on using as much recycled material as possible, including recycled glass & concrete bricks and paving, recycled denim insulation, recycled timber and pavers, and passive design throughout.
